If your special gift or keepsake

• Arrives broken or damaged
• Is not as shown on the website
• Or doesn't arrive within 2 weeks of the items leaving our warehouse 

We will replace it.

To provide us will all the information we need please send an email to support@giftsandkeepsakes.com.au with the following information:

1. Your Order Number
2. A photo and description of the item that is damaged, broken or not as it appears on the website

All refunds must be approved before returning.
